Trust & Safety
Trust & Safety at Sixseer
Sixseer is a reflective I Ching and Six Lines divination tool. It is designed to help users think more clearly, not to replace professional advice or emergency support.
Safety definition
Sixseer readings are reflective guidance. They can support journaling, self-inquiry, and decision framing, but they should not be used as medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.
When not to use Sixseer as advice
| Situation | Sixseer guidance |
|---|---|
| Medical symptoms | Do not use Sixseer as medical advice; contact a qualified health professional. |
| Legal disputes | Consult a qualified legal professional instead of relying on a reading. |
| Investments or debt | Seek qualified financial advice for money, tax, debt, or investment decisions. |
| Self-harm or crisis | Contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. |
| Relationship reflection | Use Sixseer as a journaling prompt and self-reflection companion. |
Public and private pages
Sixseer separates public learning pages from private app pages. Public pages include Home, Knowledge, About, Trust, and Methodology. Private app pages are not intended for search indexing.
- Public pages explain the product, methodology, trust boundaries, and learning material.
- Private pages include chats, readings, profile, authentication, billing, and payment screens.
- Private app pages are configured with noindex SEO metadata and are excluded from public sitemap routes.
Responsible-use policy
- Ask one clear question at a time and treat the result as reflection rather than instruction.
- Do not use Sixseer to make urgent, irreversible, or high-risk decisions.
- Compare a reading with real-world evidence, trusted people, and qualified professionals when needed.
- Stop using the tool if a reading increases panic, compulsion, or unsafe behavior.
